Keihin Corporation
Keihin Corporation, KIPT's parent company, designs and manufactures systems for the automotive and engine industries (90% of Keihin), as well as testing equipment (6% of Keihin) and industrial valves (4% of Keihin). Established in 1956 as Keihin Seiki Manufacturing Company, Ltd., the company was renamed Keihin Corporation following the 1997 merger of Keihin Seiki with two auto parts manufacturers affiliated with Honda Motor Company. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Keihin has 8,000 employees and reported US sales of $1.7 billion in 2000.

Keihin Fuel Systems(KFS)
Keihin Fuel Systems (KFS) is the North American marketing division of Keihin Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. KFS is the contact for non Honda OEM customers for gasoline and CNG engine fuel supply systems, drive systems, chassis, air conditioners, industrial valves and electronic control units/systems. Sales offices are conveniently located in Detroit, MI for automotive and New Berlin, WI for other engines.
